Service Agreement
R&R Industrial Services, Inc.'s commitment is to provide professional service and quality workmanship. R&R Industrial Services, Inc.’s responsibility to all customers is to uphold the standards of the service industry and comply with the regulations and rules set forth by the State of California and O.S.H.A.
As part of the consideration for any service work and/or parts purchases which may take place between R&R Industrial Services, Inc. and the Customer, all work shall be subject to the following terms and conditions as stated below:
- Charges for service and parts are based on the current rate schedule at the time of service and are due at the time of service.
- R&R Industrial Services, Inc. does not assume liability or insure any machines transported or stored in house during repairs. Owners must provide proof of coverage for property off premises.
- If problems and/or hidden damage, not previously reported, are found during disassembly or reassembly, R&R Industrial Services, Inc. will cease all present work and advise the customer of the needed repairs.
- R&R Industrial Services, Inc. will not perform any services that would impose a threat to the safety of the operators, machine or employees.
- R&R Industrial Services, Inc. will not warranty any work performed if the recommended repairs that are directly related to the job at hand are not addressed.
- Unless specifically stated, R&R Industrial Services, Inc. will not transport forklifts or other rigging machinery to the customer’s job site. The customer is responsible for supplying the necessary equipment to assist in disassembly and reassembly of their machine(s).
- R&R Industrial Services, Inc. will not be responsible for the transportation, disposal, removing or replacing oils or lubricants. It is the customer’s responsibility to supply all operating oils and lubricants and to dispose of all used oils.
- Standard manufacturer’s warranty applies to all parts where applicable. R&R Industrial Services, Inc.’s limited workmanship guarantee is (30) thirty days from the completion date. No warranty is available for relocation of machinery, retrofitting non-factory recommended components, altering of factory parts or specifications. Limited warranty does not cover damage done to machinery out of negligence, over-tonaging or abuse.
Exceptions to standard terms include, but are not limited to:
- Proposals or services performed over $5,000.00 require a deposit prior to starting work and the balance due Net 30 O.A.C.
- Requests for Special-Order Parts require a deposit prior to placing the order and the balance due Net 30 O.A.C.
- Proposals over $10,000.00 require special terms- agreed and accepted prior to scheduling services to be performed.
